Hi,
I did the new software update this morning after i had come back from the gym (where my fitbit was working fine) update is done and now my fitbit is dead! Are you trying to loose customers?? Any help!!

What was the status of your battery before the update? Most companies (Fitbit included) suggest performing an update when your battery is 100%.
Will your Fitbit still charge?
