Hi...
I just bought the Blaze this evening. I opened the box and went through the setup process on the app on my phone. I think I am stuck... its says "Let's get you the latest version". It is not doing anything. After several minutes my phone goes black and so does the fitbit. Not sure if it is updating? I have tried to plug it in to charge using the USB plugged into the computer. It does not show the battery icon on the face of the watch. It just shows " fitbit.com/setup". I already started the process of setting it up...it just appears stuck with getting the latest version. I can't get past this part of setting it up. Should it show some sort of percentage of when the latest version will be complete? If so, it does not. I will call customer service in the morning. I was just hoping to find some answers tonight.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues completing the setup process of your tracker. Sometimes, it takes a while for the tracker to update with the latest version when you're setting it up so I'd say, try to follow the set up process again and if possible do it in the night so that it updates while you sleep and by the next day, it should be all set. Also, restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 secs before following the process could help.

I had to get on the phone with support a couple times to complete setup. If you still have issues, I'd try that.
Also, note that if you are on a windows pc, the windows 10 app doesn't work well. If caused major issues with my blaze and ultimately I had to opt out of windows 10 app usage for the fitbit.

How can I get my fitbit Blaze to update, my mobile is not supported and the Asus x553M with the usb cable finds the tracker, I enter the number and it can not update. It is unusable so far so I might have to return...

Good Morning,
I can not get my new fitbit Blaze to setup, I discovered it is not supported by the samsung galaxy nexus google smartphone, I don't think it has a bluetooth dongle, and when plugged in to my asus x553M with the usb cable it finds the tracker I enter the number and then it can not complete update.
It is unusable!

I use to sync through my Galaxy Nexus, butt then thos was back in 2011 when it first came out. I just checked, it does have the proper BT 4.0 listed.
As for tye Assus I'm not site what is happening, it should work. What version operating system are you running?
