Hi, @landgirl3535, I would suggest plugging it in to charge for an hour or so, using a cell phone charger or a USB port on a computer when the computer is awake and active.  Let it charge for a while even if it does not seem to be charging, and then try the restart procedure -- press and hold the left button and bottom right for 10 seconds or so.  Hopefully fhe screen will light up and you can then continue charging and set up your Blaze.

You may need to try the restart procedure several times as it does not always work initially.  If that doesn't bring your Blaze to life you may need to get in touch with Fitbit customer support at contact.fitbit.com.  Alternatively if you bought it locally you could exchange it at the store.

Good luck! And welcome to the Community.
