New blaze: impossible firmware update

Hello,

 

i just received my new Blaze (i am an old HR user).

When i try to update the Blaze Firmware a warning screen appear on my blaze and i can not finish the update.

The problem is that my blaze is blocked on the "fitbit.com/setup" screen.

 

My phone: Samsung Galaxy S5

I tried to turn off and turn on the blutetooth (no change)

 

Any idea ?

Ok
Before trying these solutions I tried to use the bluetooth dongle I had with my charge HR.
Fortunately it worked after the third try.

It seems that the bluetooth connection of my blaze encountered many issues.

I am a little bit dispointed to buy an expensive product and to encountered this kind of problems ...
But it works now so let's sports and I will see if other issues appears.

Some with android phones have reported problems updating the firmware when connected to wifi. I've been doing all my updates through the s5, the only time I've had problems is when the network connection was bad.
