New blaze stop tracking steps???

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze is 3 days old.. First 2 days it worked great, seem to be very sensitve to any and all stops and seen it update in real time.. Now its started to miss so many steps?? Whats the first to look at here?  Should I return this?

Also I notice the raise your wrist to wake screen feature is also not the best, i sometimes need to turn my wrist 3 times.. each time with more force.

Hey there @realizment. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

When it comes to your tracker missing steps, I would recommend restarting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds. Once it reboots, just try it out and see how it goes.

Now, for the QuickView Feature, you can take a look at this thread to see some explanation on how it should work.

Let me know if you need anything else!

Hi,

thanks for the response I tried this and still seems to be lagging.. I can walk the entire lenght of my house and see no update on screen regarding step count?  Im going to return it.. Before I do is there any data stored on there that needs to be synced/backed up then can load onto new one?  How does that work thank you.

Thanks for getting back @realizment.

If after that you've noticed your tracker to be doing the same, feel free to either return it or to get in touch with our Support Team who will be happy to take a look into it and get you back on track.

Before taking it back, if you weat, just sync your tracker to your dashboard if you'd like to save the information for the previous day and if you don't want to save it, it's okay to just leave it like that.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
