New blaze syncd but wont update

I just opened my fitbit blaze and it won't update. It got stuck with the fitbit symbol and loading bar then the screen went black

I got home and put it in the cradle and plugged it into the computer. I may have messed up and it died while it was updating... When i initially set it up, te update loading bar was there then it froze and after a few restarts, now i restart it see the fitbit logo for a second then back to blank screen

A warm welcome to the Community @Bman0917, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find instruction to charge your tracker. After this, please restart your Blaze and make sure you are doing the following to set it up from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Keep in mind that setting up a tracker might take some time. Also, after you set it up, you can take a look at this post to update it.

So i read those posts and i left it charging all night. I restarted it a
few times and the logo pops up then goes to black.

I've been in touch with customer service and they're gonna get me a new
one. Thank you for trying to help. I appreciate it.
