Best AnswerOk the app says it is full it should be full. When you remove it you say the sisplay goes dark and pressing buttons or lightly tapping doesnt turn it on.
I would contact fitbit at http://contact.fitbit.com if indeed the tracker needs replacing it might be easier and faster to return at the place of purchase.
