New blaze will not turn on

Hi just got my blaze today I was so excited but my blaze will not turn on when it is out of the charging pod. It works fine inside the charging pod. Please can anyone help thank you 😔

Ok the app says it is full it should be full. When you remove it you say the sisplay goes dark and pressing buttons or lightly tapping doesnt turn it on.

I would contact fitbit at http://contact.fitbit.com if indeed the tracker needs replacing it might be easier and faster to return at the place of purchase.

When you say it doesn't turn on, your saying that it doesn't even show www.fitbit.com/setup?
I also am wondering if you were able to connect it to your account?
Also how long has it been in the charger, 2 hours should be lonf enough

No Fitbit setup is not coming up. Just no response at all. I managed to sync to my account when it was in the charging pod. And it says I have a full battery. I'm honing to charge it over night and see.
It's not been charging 2 hours yet but I assumed because it was saying the battery was full it was ok.

No nothing just tried it again. I think I'm gonna have to return it. Thanks for your help

I've exchange my blaze and have a new one and it works perfectly and I absolutely love it 😀😀
