New blaze will not turn on

all the fitbit displays for a short time  is"fitbit.com/setup" when in pod

also, when setup asks for blaze to be turned on by left button, nothing happens

@jj2keely  Until the tracker is set up, that is all the screen will display.  Here is a link to the user guide to help you with this process

When pressing the button you should see www.fitbit.com.. If you can see this message it is on
