new blaze won't turn on but lights up when in charger any ideas why it won't turn on out of charger

Hello @keith8henderson, welcome to the Community forums.
Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not responding when off the charger.
If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've completed the restart procedure described here. This has been useful to other users experiencing something similar.
