I purchased a new phone and want to import my Blaze data from my old one. It failed to include former data when I signed in to the website.

When you signed in you must use the original email you used on the old account to retain all your information. Did you or are you using a new one?
New one will start a new account.

@Markeric5, congratulations in getting a new phone! As @WendyB mentioned, you'll need to log in to your existent account using your email address and password, so you can access your old data, rather than creating a new account. In case you're already logged in to the new account, log out from the Fitbit app so you can log in again using the original email address.
