Next update expectations and ideas!

I really hope that Fitbit is reading this. Next update you Should include: replying to texts from the blaze, being able to see weather information for the next 3 days, being able to see and send emails from the blaze, having whats app on the blaze, having a reminder to stay moving throughout the day and having 24 hour tracking for the hour to hour challenge.

Because the module is removable you should make a band that will swim proof the watch. I am not asking for the band diving proof but being ableto do laps would be great. To accompany this idea you should also add a swim mode on the blaze.

Thank you so much for sharing all these suggestions with us.

At the moment, there are already some existing similar feature requests for some of the suggestions you've made and you can definitely go ahead and add your vote and comments on each of them and hopefully we can see them implemented in the near future. Here's the link for the requests that I was able to find:

-Replying to texts from the blaze

-Being able to see weather information for the next 3 days

-Having whatsapp on the Blaze (The request is not quite for whatsapp specifically)

-Reminder to stay moving throughout the day

-Waterproof bands for the Blaze

When it comes to email notifications and the option to send emails from the Blaze, I was not able to find any. I'm not really sure that this is something that can be done on the Blaze with a firmware update because the tracker itself would need internet connectivity and the screen is too small to be able to see details and to include at the same time a keyboard but you can still make your suggestion by going to the Feature Request board.

I don't have an exact date on when the next update will be released. Tipically, updates are released worldwide so as soon as it's released in the US, it should be also released everywhere else in the world.

Whenever there is an update, you will see a notification at the top of your dashboard saying that a new update has been released and prompting you to update your tracker so that you don't miss it out.
