My Blaze used to get an email and text when the battery is low. Yesterday my Blaze showed a low battery on the screen but my mobile, iPhone 5, showed the level as medium. As I did not receive any email or test notification I trusted the details on my phone. The Blaze dies in the night without ANY notification. Any ideas why this has just started happening?

Could it be that you have changed the frequency of your syncs?

 

The battery level on your tracker will always be up to date but the level as shown in the app can only show the level as it was when you last synced. So, if you haven't synced for a while then it will be out of date.

Hi. yes I sync regularly. It has been working fine since Christmas until yesterday

I wonder if your battery is nearing end of life and is running down much quicker than it used to. Any signs of that?

No it lasts for about 4 days
