My new fitbit blaze wont charge. when i plug it in to usb port of my laptop, I dont see a battery icon. Instead, there is the fitbit icon with fitbit.com/setup written under it. I left it plugged in for more than 10-12 hours, but it still wont charge.
App on my iphone says to update blaze to set it up. But cant set up because there is no battery!!! so, u see its a vicious circle!!!!
What am I to do with it?

Mine is the same...
Feel the frustration.
10 days of wear, one night the sleep wasn't tracked, the next day the fully charged fitbit blaze was empty after 8 hrs of wear (no tweaking ) and then the 3rd day nothing but the logo screen (occasionally) and when the charger was opened and closed again an empty battery attempting to charge icon popped in view for a flash moment! Fitbit gave me a 2 day wait time for a response!
Off skiing on Fri? Clearly I want to track that...
