No clock and now it won't pair

Purchased a brand new Blaze today. Synced it to my iphone 6 no problem. Watch working fine for 1 hour.

Playing around with the clock faces, having a look which I preferred. Tried them all then settled on the 'original'.

Double-tapped the screen, and the watch is opening with the 'Today' screen. Its no longer showing a clock screen.

Opened the iphone app, and the iphone is 'looking' for the watch. I left it for a while but after 15 minutes its still looking.

I cleared the app from the iphone, and performed a hard reset of the watch.... problem persisting, still 'looking' and no clock face. I've switched the bluetooth on the iphone on & off, and rebooted the iphone, and another hard reset of the blaze.... still 'looking' and still no clock face. I deleted the app from the iphone and reinstalled.

So I delete the blaze from the fitbit app, with the intention of adding it on again fresh. Big mistake.... now the iphone cannot find the blaze at all.

I've performed mutiple hard resets of both my iphone and the blaze. I've switched all the other bluetooth off in the house. Also tried switching off the wifi (didnt help). I've switched the iphone bluetooth off/on. I've performed a shutdown with the settings screen with the blaze.

I'm running out of ideas.

The iphone and the blaze wont pair.

The blaze is showing the 'Today' screen rather than a clock face.

I've also tried downloading Fitbit Connect for Mac.... it wont pair with my Mac either.

Is it goosed? Shall I return it to the store?

@Star9 That's strange...good call on those troubleshoots!

When you tried setup through your Mac, did you have your Blaze plugged into the charging cradle or were you trying to use your Mac's built-in BT? Try plugging your Blaze into your Mac for setup if you haven't already.

If you're still not having success setting up your Blaze through either a computer or mobile device, you should contact Customer Support. Make sure to let them know all the troubleshoots you've gone through.

I've tried both methods with the Mac.... both failed.

I've reset the Blaze again and now I think its completely broken.... its displaying the blue kite shaped symbol and flashing on and off. It wont do a master reset usng the left and bottom button. Its stopped showing the 'today' screen or letting me scroll through any screens.

I think its completely knackered.

Could the Blue Kite thing be the Fitbit logo, and stick now on a power uo state.

The one thing I did not see mentioned would be to Shut the computer or phone down completely. Then turn it back on.

If this problem persists it sounds like it is time to reach out to Fitbit
