So, we're back to this "old chestnut" it seems....
I read all the hype about these wonderful "FitBit" watches and how great they are. I read reviews that the "Blaze" is the one to get....
I go out with my hard earned £159.99 and buy one from my shop looking forward to using this when I got home.
I unbox the product - no set up instructions - and so I check how to set up online.
I download the program onto my computer and guess what "No internet connection" is found!!!
I read numerous stories about reinstalling, letting it through my firewall etc - all of which I've done - but alas, to no avail. I have even tried to download it to use with my smartphone, but since I'm using an older smartphone, I can't use the latest app.
So, MY review on all this?
"Rubbish!"
I'm left with a watch that I can't use...so it'll be going back to the shop, first thing Monday morning.

Honestly, when I set mine up, I just did it by the "add device" option through the Fitbit App on my phone. There is not much instructions need, as the first things you see when unboxing the watch is www.fitbit.com/setup .
Once adding it, it will update and sync for about 5-10 mins and you’re good to go!
But I did not set it up with my laptop, so maybe that’s why. The only thing Fitbit related I do with my computer is edit the in-depth settings and use these forums. Otherwise, the phone app is much more interactive and easier to use.
EDIT: I also wanted to share this info with you.. I am not sure if you can sync your daily activity with the PC. You may have to plug it into it everyday. Maybe not.. I am not sure.
But for easy syncing and, use the fitbit app! Every time you open it, it syncs.
