Try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync your tracker one more time.
To change the timezone:
1. Tap account
2. Tap Advanced Settings
3. Check your timezone

If the instructions provided by our friend didn't work, I recommend checking the timezone in the device you are using to sync your tracker. Sometimes the time on the phones or laptops are not right and keep in mind that the trackers take that information.
If the timezone in the devices are correct, you can always paired your tracker as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:
