Try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync your tracker one more time.

To change the timezone:
1. Tap account
2. Tap Advanced Settings
3. Check your timezone

Let us know if that works!

It's great to see you around @vinayaravi@allfoster4 and @Jrdubyakc thanks for stopping by.

If the instructions provided by our friend didn't work, I recommend checking the timezone in the device you are using to sync your tracker. Sometimes the time on the phones or laptops are not right and keep in mind that the trackers take that information.

If the timezone in the devices are correct, you can always paired your tracker as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
