I just purchased a FitBit Blaze and trying to sync it with my Kyocera Brigadier phone but I cannot receive messages or phone calls. It says it is synced.

@zubger. I am not familiar with that phone - is it on the supported devices list? https://www.fitbit.com/devices
If not, that may be why you are having difficulties in setting up/receiving the notifications.

Hi there @zubger. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community!
As @Kmransom123 says, this phone seems not to be a supported device as it doesn't appear in the list of compatible devices. If you were able to get your tracker to sync with that phone, that's a good thing but if it's not listed as a compatible device, it's not guaranteed that all functions will work properly as in this case.
