Hello i have had my Fitbit Blaze for a year now and notifications were all set up to receive text messages from my phone however, i have updated my software and notifications have stopped. When i click on notifications in the app to set notifications it does not allow me as the message unfortunately fitbit has stopped. And the app closes. I have tried all resets, uninstalled, unpaired. I dont know what else to do. Any suggestions or help please. My phone is android. Samsung s6 edge.

It's great to welcome you guys @Ashfry09 and @GrampaBill. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you still having problems with your notifications, I recommend following the instructions by @MarreFitbit in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post. Also @GrampaBill, keep in mind that you need to have a compatible phone in order for the notifications to work, check our list of compatible mobile devices since Blackberry phones are not compatible with Fitbit trackers.
Catch you later.

I believe that we can troubleshoot until the cows come home, but the problem is with your software not the phones, because there are several different phones involved, not just mine, you just need to get your people on it. and get it figured out, also if you were smart you guys would intigrate pebble software into your sevices then you would have a great product
