Had a ct scan last week. Now i notice the heart rate and text notification is not working?! I was not told to remove watch/jewellery... could the scan have nessed up my device? Everyhing else works...help please!!

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with the heart rate situation, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Blaze are flashing? Or heart rate information is being tracked inaccurately? If you haven't already done so, please check: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?

 

Regarding notifications, please let me know which mobile device you're currently using. Also, when was the first time you experienced this notifications concern and how many times since then? Are you not receiving only text notifications or notifications at all? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Blaze are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

HiThe green sensors have not been flashing even after the unit had been charged. The texts used to also display on the Blaze but also stopped around the same time. Can you help me out?Thank you

On your Blaze, if you swipe across to Settings and tap it then scroll down to Heart Rate Monitoring, does it show off, on or Auto ?

Also, from the clock display on the Blaze, if you swipe down does it show notifications are on or off ?

 

I found I had to uncheck messages from the Blaze notifications and add them to the App notifications to get it to work.

Try my last suggestion of unchecking Messages from the notifications and adding it to your App notifications
