Hi there @fridgitator. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry your Blaze is not being very helpful at tracking your sleep though 😕
What is exactly happening? Is your tracker recording your sleep inaccurately or it's not tracking your sleep at all? Is ther a chance you can share a screenshot of how your sleep logs look like?

Best AnswerThis is as good as it gets on my dashboard .
Best AnswerHello @fridgitator what hasn't been asked, is your sleep setting on normal or sensitive.
I find it interesting that it dects sleep without displaying any time.
Best AnswerIt's set on Normal.
Best AnswerI give up. It's going back to the store tomorrow. I'm replacing it with a Samsung Gear Fit2. Currently charging, so I won't know til tomorrow if all the features work.

Thanks for getting back @fridgitator!
There are acouple of things I can suggest. The first one would be to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and it should all work fine from there.
Also, what @Rich_Laue asked. You can go into your account and change the sleep sensitivity and from here. You can take a look at this post that should help for the matter.
Let us know how it goes!

I see and don't worry, I totally understand.
Thanks for getting back @fridgitator and hopefully in a near future we can have you back in the Fitbit family! The most important thing here is that you can keep a healthy lifestyle regardless of what tracker you're using so as long as you're achieving your goals, that's what counts the most 🙂
Anything else you might need in the future, let us know. We'll be happy to help!

Best AnswerI'm baaack! Used the Samsung device until the battery failed. As much as I liked some of the extra features that it had, The actual health tracking parts of it were lacking by comparison, and they don't offer a web site to reference. I moved up to a Versa, so now I have all the features I've been missing, and I can also receive texts and launch drones, etc without picking up my phone. I haven't had it long enough to know how well the sleep tracking works, but I'm sure it works better than theirs.
