My phone (Samsung Galaxy J5Prime) doesn't list my blaze in devices to pair

Hello @Gunplumber are you looking in the app?
You can not pair your tracker through the phones bluetooth settings.
Use the fitbit app to attach the tracker to your fitbit account, then tge fitbit app will do the pairing.
