Not Receiving Weekly Summary

I've stopped receiving my weekly summary e-mail. I checked my settings and it's still set to send the summary. Any suggestions on how to get it to start sending it again?

I had to contact Fitbit @ HTTP://contact.fitbit.com

A warm welcome to the Community @Sheri1234 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by! Woman Happy If you are not receiving your weekly summary, I recommend checking your settings by doing the following from a computer:

 

1. Go to settings

2. Go to Notifications

3. Check that the weekly summary is selected

4. Sync
