I'm sorry you're having problems logging in to your app and as a consequence of this, of your Blaze not syncing 😕
I would like to know first of all, what phone you're using to sync your tracker. Also, when you try to log in but fail to do so, do you get any error message from the app or from the phone itself as per why you're not able to log in? Have you tried updating the app to the latest version? What about your phone's OS, is it up to date?
Please confirm that information and I'll be happy to help you out from that point. Anything else, I'm here to help!
