Not able to setup my new Blaze

On Oct 12th, i received my new Blaze from Amazon.

I tried to setup my device, it got configured and tried to upgrade the firmware which didn't happen. So removed the account and tried to add it again. It's not happening.

Now on my Blaze screen, the dots are distorted.

How do i fix this issue?

Welcome to the Community @bpravein. If you are having problems setting up your Blaze, I recommend restarting the tracker. After the restart procedure, follow the setup process one more time but from a computer and since you already have an account, you just need to do the following:

 

1. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer.
2. Click Open Main Menu.
3. Click Set Up A New Fitbit Device.
4. Click Existing User and log in to your account.
5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
