Not calculating my steps

So my Blaze isn't calculating my steps. I've been up since 5:00 am and it is showing I only have 209 steps. Oh no I've walked my dog, walked 6 flight of stair and walked. Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Hello @kittkat725, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late response. 

 

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with accuracy of steps recorded.

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the restart procedure as described in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
