Blaze display not working. I am unable to swipe and see the options. Restarting the blaze didnt solve the problem. Can I know what is the problem

I too am experiencing not being able to swipe left. Therefore, I can’t even shut down to see if re-starting the device will help. Is there a way to manually shutdown my Blaze to see if that helps?
