Not charging and overheating

Blaze screen My Fitbit blaze will only hold a charge for 30 minutes and got hot in my wrist, when I went on our on the charger again. The screen showed a temperature sign. Has anyone experienced this?

Sounds like the battery may have reached end of life.

 

Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe). If you are covered then contact customer support to see if they can help. If they can't then you will probably be offered a replacement.
