Not connecting

I am setting up my Blaze for the first time to my android. I have entered the code and now it just says connecting and not actually doing it. I have left it for a good 10 mins and have also tried again. Any ideas what I can do. Thanks

Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and follow the setup procedure one more time from your phone.

Thank you for responding, it's fine e now, it just a while to connect but up and running. However I don't seem to get notifications from calls and texts even if the phone is next to tracker. Could you help with this.
