Not getting Notifications on Blaze

I can't get any notifications on my Blaze, I went to the app and clicked on Notifications and go the "Turn on device notification" page. When I clicked on Enable notifications I saw that it was already enabled so I'm not sure what to do. I tried turning it off and back on and restarting my phone but it didn't work. It was working fine before the last update now it won't work.

I had the same issue and then I think my phone had an update and I started receiving my notices again.

My phone is updated and the app is updated but I still don't get notifications.
