Not getting all the notifications

Hi guys. I have a fitbit blaze using and android phone. A month or so ago I had an update which then aloud me to select more than one message notification ie.. text and messages and what'sapp and emails. But I then had to wipe my phone and since then even after updating the fitbit app and tracker I can only have notification's for either my texts or my whatsapp. Any idea how this can be changed.

Hi, @Weescraps! To adjust your notifications, open your app, go into your account, select the Blaze, and then under General select Notifications. From there you can select which apps and messaging/phone call notifications you get.

That's what iv done but it still only allows me to select only one at a
time?

You should be selecting What's App under "App Notifications," not
"Text Messages."
