Not logging steps

Since this new firmware update installed, my blaze has not been logging my steps correctly. I watched it with arm moving, not moving, etc. I counted my steps and my fitbit is only logging 1 out of every 9 steps. Can anyone suggest a fix or is it my fitbit itself?

It's great to welcome you @JessicaEDavis79. It's weird to hear that your tracker is not registering your steps. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend following the restart procedure and test it.
