I've spoken with support three times since June, when I received my last Hangouts/text notification. It's a known bug, as many of y'all know, and there's been no movement. Plus, no coupons or compensation or anything for not have a core feature of the product for four months.
I'm so disappointed. I'm done with Fitbit - absolutely unacceptable.

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using with your Fitbit Blaze? Also, do you receive phone call notifications or you're not receiving notifications at all?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Blaze are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I receive all notifications except text messages
All three of your support agents who I've spoken with have said it's a known bug and that your engineers are working on it. It's been four months of that. I've gone through the troubleshooting three times.

Just as previously mentioned, let me share with you that here at Fitbit we are aware of this issue that's affecting the text messages notifications feature of your device and working towards a resolution as soon as we can. My best advice for you in the meantime we work on this will be to keep your Fitbit app up to date.
