Not receiving low battery notification

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a fitbit blaze and I can't find the low battery notification on my dashboard.

I've had this for over a year and have been notified about a low battery only 3 or 4 times.

Hi there @Gordonvt. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I can sure help you with this!

To make sure that you're getting low battery notifications, you will need to do this from your online dashboard. For this go on your computer's browser to https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/notifications and make sure that for Low Battery which is the first item, it's selected for mobile and email or the way you'd like to be notified about this.

Keep in mind that your tracker needs to sync to your phone in order for you to receive the notification, so be sure to either sync constantly or to keep the All Day Sync option enabled from the settings on the tracker itself by tapping on the icon of your tracker at the top of the dashboard.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know!
