Not receiving low battery notifications

The last 2 of 3 times my Blaze battery has got low, I haven't had an email notification or app notification. Is this a problem for anyone else? The Fitbit has been restarted because I had to do this after it went completely flat in order to get it to sync again.

It's a worry that battery life and now errors like this started after approx 18 months. My original flex was much more reliable and sustained its battery life for about 3 years.

Hi there @simoneshh, good to see you around! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving notifications for when the battery on your tracker is low.

Now, this works based on how often you sync your tracker. If your tracker doesn't sync to your dashboard, there is no way for it to send you a notification letting you know that the battery is low. If your Bluetooth is not turned on, this will prevent your tracker from syncing and therefore from sending you notifications, so be sure that your Bluetooth is on at all times or at least to get your tracker to sync.

Hope you find this information helpful. Let me know if you need anything else!

I have Charge 5 set to sync auto w iPhone 13. It does when I open FitBit app, but not in real time, or any schedule. Therefore, I’m not getting Low Batt notifications on Charge 5. Occasionally to gmail, but it gets lost in other track. Is there a better device screen gave that show Batt level without need of magnifying glass.
