My Blaze is no longer receiving messages or notifications. Completely stopped. I tried turning off/on multiple times. Synching multiple times. Nothing seems to work. Very frustrating and disappointing.
My Fitbit blaze also has quit receiving the notifications..you mentioned to clean the cache from the app on my iPhone..how do you do that? I have tried everything.
Thank you for the suggestion of searching the internet but I have done that and tried the suggested troubleshooting techniques, which is why, I am posting on the FitBit site for further assistance.
FitBit is a great product but I should not be experiencing malfunctioning. I take care of my belongings with the respect they deserve.
