I have done every suggested trouble shooting at least 4 times. I am still not receiving texts or phone calls. I get any other notification I chose except the most important ones- texts & calls. Is this problem ever going to be fixed or should I just go buy an Apple Watch?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Are you not receiving phone call notifications too? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I am having the same problem. I have a iPhone 8 and iOS 13 software. I can receive call notifications but not text messages.

I am also having this same problem (iPhone 8 and iOS 13) and have tried all the tips and tricks and nothing has worked 👎🏼
