I have upgraded my phone yesterday from a iPhone to a Samsung s8 and it will not let my phone sync with my fitbit.
I have tried reset and adding it as a new device and it's asked me to put my pin number in. It will update it once then won't work again. So I am not receiving any messages or call on my fitbit.
I really need some help as I only had my fitbit for Christmas. The reason I went for fitbit as well was because I was coming away from an iPhone other wise I would of had an apple one.
