I have had my Blaze for just under a week now and even though it is generally recording my sleep correclty it has not once yet recorded my wake-up time and only seems to do so when I sync to my app.
For example, this morning I woke up just before 6.30am, got up, went ot the loo, came downstairs, made coffee, sat down and at 6.45am turned on the app on my iPhone and synced the data. I then checked my sleep on the app and it says I woke up at 6.45am.
How can I resolve this as obviously I am not asleep when I am obviously moving and my heart rate must have increased? I don't want to have to remember to sync to the app every morning and manually adjust my wake-up time.

Welcome to the Community @fitem43. It's weird to hear that your tracker is not recording the time when you wake up, I recommend checking if your heart rate is on "Auto" or "On" by doing the following from your computer:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Devices
3. Go to Heart Rate
4. Select auto or on
5. Sync
Also, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it.
Let me know the outcome.

Hello @fitem43 let me know the results of changing the sensitivity on your tracker. You can also try to experiment on how you wear your tracker for example try using it on your other wrist or try using it a little loose or more tight depending on how you wear it and see if that helps to record your wake up time.
I'll be around if you have any questions.
