Now if the Blaze won't restart because the back button doesn't work. Scroll to settings, tap, scroll to shutdown, tap and confirm. The blaze will shutdown, wait 30 seconds, then press any button to turn on, first try the back button. The other thing to try would be to let the Blaze battery completely die.
