Hi
I have recive a new blaze a few days ago and it keeps turning off. This was to replace a HR. I have charged it up and I can see the full battery on the screen. When I take it out of the charger it will stay on for a short period of time but then will turn off and pressing of buttons will do nothing.
I have reset it a number of times by pressing the left an lower right buttons an it will reset but then just turns its self off. I have taken it off the app and then reloaded it but the same problem.
Any help would be great.
Not very happy with support from fitbit as this was their last message.
"Sorry to hear this. Please reach out to our other support channels via http://contact.fitbit.com and we'll see what we can do"
Any help would be great.thanks

@Brisbane12 If you have tried several restarts, you definitely need to reach out to customer service. That brief response from Fitbit seems like it was a comment from Facebook or some other social media platform. Is that correct? To resolve your issue, you would need to directly contact customer service as they suggested - calling, emailing, live chating, etc.
