Not registering active minutes

I have had my Blaze just a few days. I normally ride a stationary bike most days. I scroll over to Exercise then Bike and start my workout. I generally ride for about 20-30 minutes. Approximately 1/3 of the time is in the fat-burning range and 2/3 is in cardio range. However no active minutes are recorded. What am I doing wrong?

A warm welcome to the Community @EdraLee. Keep in mind that in order to earn active minutes, you need to be doing a high intense activity and be constant in it.

Have you tried to record this activity by manually selecting it from your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend trying this. If you don't have this option in your Blaze, you can add it by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Tap the Blaze icon
  2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts
  3. Tap the "+" icon
  4. Select the exercises you prefer
  5. Tap Add to Blaze
  6. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. Robot Happy

I manually added a Spinning option to my tracker’s exercise options. It now registers active minutes properly when I select that. Thanks for your help!
