Hi everyone 

 

I'm looking for a little help with my Fitbit Blaze. Got it today and immediately set it up to the manual specifications but when I receive a text message it will come up with the notification on my Fitbit, but only as:

 

(Icon for message) Messages 

New message (in a speech bubble) 

 

It doesn't actually display any of the text from the message. I've tried all of the suggestions on the help page so thought I'd turn to the forum for some more help. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 which is fully up to date as Well.

A warm welcome to the Community @Aberr90 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Could you please be more specific about the troubleshoot you have already tried? In the meantime, I recommend removing your Blaze from your Bluetooth's settings and set up this feature one more time by following the instructions provided in the How do I setup calls/texts notifications? post.
