I always shut down my Fitbit at night. Never had a problem until today. Now it will not reset, it is just adding my steps on to yesterdays total.
Please help!

Hi has anyone had problems with your blaze continuing to count steps from the previous day? I switch my blaze off at night and it automatically syncs the next day to my phone when switched on. This morning however it has all my data from the day before and it’s logging today’s activity.

Good to see you in the Forums @SunsetRunner! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your steps from yesterday showing today... However, I think this could be related to the Daylight Savings change. This affected some users yesterday that was the change, so it's weird that you're getting this today. I could recommend giving your tracker a restart just to be safe. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Keep an eye on your tracker for the rest of the day and see if there's any improvement for tomorro. As of tomorrow, it should all be tracking properly and steps from today shouldn't be carried over.
Hope this helps and anything else you may need, let me know!

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I thought that issue was only affecting US users. I’m in the UK. I’ve have restart the tracker numerous times today and still nothing. I will monitor it tonight and hopefully it should be back to normal tomorrow.

Thanks for getting back @SunsetRunner! 🙂
In that situation, it could be something else but I would hope that the restart helps. Let me know how it goes!

I restarted my Blaze, but the step accumulation still exists. The date and time are correct. Steps are yesterday's plus today.

Hi @SemiHat, welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're also having problems with this 😕
If this happened today, by restarting your tracker the steps might not go away but this will prevent the same thing from happening for tomorrow. Keep an eye on your tracker and if you're still having problems with this tomorrow, I'll be happy to help you out!

Hi,
I have a fitbit blaze. Data from yesterday's feed is being accumulated with Today's data. I have restarted the device multiple times but the issue still persist. I have checked the tim time zone and its completely fine.
