Not syncing Blaze

Anyone have any idea what to do my Fitbit just started not syncing. It says it's looking in the Fitbit app . My phone and Blaze are just not communicating. I've turned everything off and back on including the Bluetooth and now it can't "find" my blaze at all.

Hey, I have been having the same issue. I read that after the "blaze" comes up you are suppose to reclick scan and "blaze(classic)" should appear. However, when I try that the "blaze" option just goes away. Maybe it will work for you.

I fiqured it out:

On you "blaze" drag the screen over until you reach the portion that says settings.

Click on the settings.

Drag from the bottom up until a region that says something on the lines of "bluetooth" pops up.

From there click until you reach the option of "Bluetooth classics".

After that is on, go back into your bluetooth settings on your phone

The option of "Bluetooth classics" should appear.

You should be able to connect from there

It's great to see news faces @Tbreunig@EvelynHumphries welcome! And @Dis445 it's great to see you around.

Thanks all for troubleshooting this by yourselves. I would like to know if you keep having issues syncing your trackers? If you do, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps, your trackers should sync properly.

My blaze Bluetooth is turned on. But every time I try to track my walk it loses communication with my phone. The Bluetooth spontaneously turns off on my tracker. I just don't understand why this keeps happening. Is my Blaze tracker faulty?

Welcome to the Community @Cathyc72. Can you please be more specific? Are you trying to use your phone's GPS to track your exercise? If this is the case, I recommend taking a look at the My Blaze GPS is not working post and follow the instructions provided there. Now if the issue is directly with syncing, you can follow the steps I provided in my previous post.
