Not syncing on mobile app

My band is syncing but it's not syncing on my mobile app. Why is this?

Hi, @SunsetRunner, when you say it is syncing, but not on your mobile app, do you mean that your computer will sync your Blaze, but your phone won't?  Does your phone update your account once you have synced via your computer?

I'm not on my computer. It's my app that's not syncing. I turned it off and
then it synced.
