I did not open my Fitbit app on my phone before I went to sleep so none of that days data synced to the app I had hit 10k steps by noon yesterday and when I synced this morning it shows 642 and no sleep record how do I fix this

The unit has not lost the data, it stores detailed data for the last 5-7 days and summary data for about 30 days. It may be a software glitch. Have you tried resetting your unit? If not follow the instructions on the site below. Restart it at least twice to make sure the software is properly restarted and then try syncing again.

It worked once I uninstalled the app and reset the device thank you
