I have no idea what we can do about it, I have been trying to sync yet again all afternoon, but no success.
I can't get through to anyone from fitbit either.
Best AnswerToday my Fitbit updated (for about 2 mins) saying "we're cleaning up some issues." Steps on watch now correlate to steps on app and the time is correct. I don't know if the battery issue was addressed, too.
