My app is showing more progress than my actual Fitbit... Why??? I've tried shutting down and restarting my Fitbit blaze. Didn't work. What's going on here?

Mine is doing the same but the other way round, showing correct amount on blaze but not on phone. I have shut down on both items several times but without any luck.

I have the same problem. Steps on phone don’t align with steps on Fitbit. Also not holding a charge.

I have no idea what we can do about it, I have been trying to sync yet again all afternoon, but no success.

I can't get through to anyone from fitbit either.

Today my Fitbit updated (for about 2 mins) saying "we're cleaning up some issues." Steps on watch now correlate to steps on app and the time is correct. I don't know if the battery issue was addressed, too.
